OpenArt has four individual plans as of October 2026: Starter at $14 a month for 4,000 credits, Plus at $34 for 12,000, Pro at $56 for 24,000 and Wonder at $240 for 106,000, in US dollars before tax. Annual billing lowers the displayed monthly price to $13, $27, $44 and $175, paid for the year up front. A new account gets 40 trial credits that last seven days. Business starts at $227 a month for a 50,000-credit pool shared by up to 50 people ([openart.ai/pricing](https://openart.ai/pricing)).

The short version: work out your monthly credits per model before you pick a plan, because the counts on the plan cards are not a guide. Starter's card says "up to \~4,000 images" and "\~50 videos", rates that match OpenArt's oldest 1-credit image models and four-second budget video settings such as Veo 3.1 Lite. At OpenArt's own rates, 4,000 credits is about 100 Nano Banana Pro images, 10 five-second Seedance 2.0 clips or 3 eight-second Veo 3.1 clips with sound. Buy Plus if you sell anything you make, because Starter is not licensed for commercial use. And know that add-on credits are spent before your monthly credits, so they only help in months you would run out.

Plans, terms and help answers were read signed out in a private browser window in the US on 20 October 2026. Voyager, the desktop app our team builds, also generates with Nano Banana Pro and Veo 3.1, billing generation at what the model provider charges rather than using OpenArt credits. OpenArt shows a model's exact charge only after sign-in, so the per-model rates are estimates from its public pages and pricing code, sourced under the credit table, and the workloads are render budgets, not measured production costs.

Sources: plan cards and the "Compare all features" table on [openart.ai/pricing](https://openart.ai/pricing), both billing toggles, 20 October 2026. Prices are per seat. The annual cards show a rounded per-month figure ("10% OFF" on Starter, 20% on Plus, 22% on Pro, 27% on Wonder) and do not print the yearly charge; twelve times the display is about $156, $324, $528 and $2,100, billed "upfront for the year" ([help centre](https://openart.ai/suite/help-center#subscriptions-billing)).

![OpenArt's pricing page with monthly billing selected: Starter at $14 per seat a month with 4,000 credits, Plus at $34 with 12,000, Pro at $56 with 24,000 and Wonder at $240 with 106,000. Each card lists estimated images, videos, characters and stories; Plus, Pro and Wonder list commercial use rights and Starter does not. openart.ai/pricing on 20 October 2026, signed out, monthly billing (the Wonder card is clipped at its right edge on the page itself). Starter's list ends at Watermark-free; commercial use rights start on Plus.

Every paid plan reaches the same "100+ premium image, video, and audio models", Director, the OpenArt MCP server, characters and One-Click Story; the help centre says "the biggest difference between plans is how much you can generate per month, not which tools you can access" ([which plan is best](https://openart.ai/suite/help-center#subscriptions-billing)). The differences that are not volume: commercial rights and the $15 add-on start on Plus, unlimited promotions are for Pro and Wonder, and priority support is Wonder only ([compare table](https://openart.ai/pricing)). Parallel jobs rise from 8 on Starter to 32 on Pro and Wonder, but a tooltip splits Starter's 8 into "4 images + 2 videos + 2 characters". Multiple seats on an individual plan are separate accounts that "cannot share content or collaborate"; a shared balance is what Business sells. One caveat on the feature list: the cards still count "personalized models", but custom models trained in the previous version of OpenArt do not carry over when it retires on 16 November, and the help centre says model training has not yet moved to the new workspace ([details below](#what-changed-in-2026)).

## What a credit buys

Each model charges its own number of credits, and resolution, length and sound change the charge. OpenArt shows the exact figure "in the generation form before you confirm" ([why credit costs change](https://openart.ai/suite/help-center#credit-usage)), behind sign-in. Its public pages give the outline: the help centre puts images at "5–50 credits depending on the model and resolution" and video at "100–800+ credits depending on model, duration, and resolution", and the [Nano Banana 2 Lite page](https://openart.ai/ai-model/nano-banana-2-lite/) lists Nano Banana 2 at "20 at 1K, 30 at 2K, 50 at 4K" and Lite at "15, flat".

![OpenArt help centre answer to How many credits do generations cost: credit costs vary by model, image generation 5 to 50 credits depending on the model and resolution, video generation 100 to 800 or more credits depending on model, duration and resolution. Below it, the answer to Do unused monthly credits roll over: No, add-on credits do.](https://cdn.moda.app/voyager/blog/openart-pricing/fig-help-b3408d337b8bc7fd.webp)

OpenArt's own ranges, from its help centre on 20 October 2026.

For specific models, OpenArt's website calculates the charge in your browser before you press Generate, and those formulas are in the public code it serves with the pricing page. The table uses them.

Sources: base charges before promotions, from the credit formulas in [OpenArt's pricing code](https://openart.ai/suite/_next/static/chunks/e1f525fa28411a20.js) and the per-model estimates behind its [plan and Business calculators](https://openart.ai/suite/_next/static/chunks/3b8a8d970c684132.js), both served by openart.ai and read 20 October 2026; the file names change when OpenArt updates its site. Dollars are the plan price times credits divided by the plan's monthly credits, so they assume you use every credit. Kling 3.0 and Seedance 2.0 are priced per second (Kling 3.0 at 720p is 25 credits a second silent and 35 with audio; Seedance 2.0 without reference videos is 35, 80, 200 and 400 a second at 480p, 720p, 1080p and 4K), so their 10-second clips cost double; a reference video adds to the Seedance charge; Veo 3.1 comes in 4, 6 and 8 seconds, and Hailuo's 10-second clip is 300.

OpenArt's Business calculator also counts 40 credits per Nano Banana Pro image and 400 per Seedance 2.0 video ([calculator code](https://openart.ai/suite/_next/static/chunks/3b8a8d970c684132.js), read 20 October 2026). Still, check the Generate button: OpenArt passes on provider price changes, and its Terms say the credits a generation needs "may change during the duration of a subscription" ([Terms](https://openart.ai/suite/terms), section 3.2).

Two things follow. The card counts describe the cheapest corner of the catalogue: 1 credit an image matches OpenArt's older SDXL-based models, and 80 credits a video matches settings such as a four-second Veo 3.1 Lite clip. The image and video counts are alternatives drawn from the same allowance, not amounts you get together. And a plan you use up is cheap per generation: Google's standard [Gemini API](https://ai.google.dev/gemini-api/docs/pricing) price for a 1K or 2K Nano Banana Pro image is $0.134 in output charges (half that in its Batch tier), and fal charges $0.3034 a second for [Seedance 2.0 at 720p](https://fal.ai/models/bytedance/seedance-2.0/text-to-video), about $1.52 for five seconds, both read 20 October; on a fully used Pro plan those are 9 cents and 93 cents. The advantage depends on use: Pro beats Google's standard Nano Banana Pro price only if you spend about 70% of its credits, and at half use the image costs 19 cents.

Failed generations are refunded "in most cases", and a stuck video you cancel is refunded too ([failed generations](https://openart.ai/suite/help-center#credit-usage)). A finished generation you do not like is spent. Your full ledger, including refunds and resets, opens from the credit balance in the top right corner.

## Which plan to buy

Count finished pieces, multiply by the attempts you expect per keeper, convert to credits with the table above, then take the cheapest row below that covers the total. Add-ons are $15 for 5,000 credits. The table covers paid individual plans; cells in the annual column that include add-ons assume the add-on stays $15 a month on an annual plan; the pricing page shows "$15 /month" on both toggles without saying so. Starter cannot take add-ons, and client work needs Plus, which moves some buyers up a row regardless of volume.

| Credits you need a month | Cheapest on monthly billing | Cheapest on annual billing, per month |
| ------------------------ | -------------------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------- |
| Up to 4,000 | Starter, $14 | Starter, $13 |
| 4,001 to 12,000 | Plus, $34 | Plus, $27 |
| 12,001 to 17,000 | Plus and one add-on, $49 | Plus and one add-on, $42 |
| 17,001 to 24,000 | Pro, $56 | Pro, $44 |
| 24,001 to 64,000 | Pro and one to eight add-ons, $71 to $176 | Pro and one to eight add-ons, $59 to $164 |
| 64,001 to 84,000 | Pro and nine to twelve add-ons, $191 to $236 | Wonder, $175 |
| 84,001 to 106,000 | Wonder, $240 | Wonder, $175 |

Five example workloads at the rates above. The attempts per keeper are assumptions for illustration, not measured success rates, and the totals cover generation only: editing, upscaling, lip sync, voice and Director planning are extra. Unused monthly credits expire at each reset.

| Workload | Generations a month | Credits | Plan | Monthly billing / annual, per month |

| Same creator on Kling 3.0 with audio | 100 Nano Banana Pro images, 50 Kling 3.0 clips at 5 s 720p, no reference video | 12,750 | Plus and one add-on | $49 / $42 |

Read at face value, Starter's "\~50 videos" would cover the video-led creator's clips; at OpenArt's Seedance rate the 50 clips alone need 20,000 credits, which puts them on Pro at four times the price. The model you choose moves the bill more than the billing period does. For the studio, Pro with 16 add-ons would be $296 a month, and Business for 100,000 shared credits is $453, or $331 billed annually.

## Add-ons and the order credits are spent

Monthly credits reset each month on your billing date, not on the first, and "do not carry over"; annual plans refill monthly on the anniversary of the start date ([credit refills](https://openart.ai/suite/help-center#credit-usage)). When a plan ends, "you will lose access to the paid credits" ([pricing FAQ](https://openart.ai/pricing)).

Add-on credits are the one kind that rolls over. The Extra Credit add-on is $15 a month for 5,000 credits, in multiples of 5,000, on Plus, Pro and Wonder only. It is a recurring charge that renews until you cancel it, and cancelling or downgrading the plan cancels it too. Credits cannot be bought without a subscription ([add-ons](https://openart.ai/suite/help-center#credit-usage)). In October 2025 OpenArt's help page still said add-on credits "refresh monthly, just like your subscription credits" ([archived help](https://web.archive.org/web/20251003053832/https://openart.ai/help)). The current pages do not say how the first add-on charge is prorated if you add one mid-cycle. The recurring part catches people: one Pro subscriber on Trustpilot thought the add-ons were one-time and found $255 of them renewing alongside the plan ([review, October 2026](https://www.trustpilot.com/reviews/6acd334e57214817b9c88386)).

The rule that changes the arithmetic is in the same help answer: "your add-on credits will be consumed first." OpenArt's reason is that this keeps your monthly credits available through the cycle. The effect is that in a month when you would not have run out, the add-on credits mostly stand in for monthly credits that then expire, and only add-on credits you leave unspent carry over. Take Pro with one add-on and a month in which you use 20,000 credits. The 5,000 add-on credits go first, then 15,000 monthly credits, and the remaining 9,000 monthly credits expire at the reset. Without the add-on, 4,000 monthly credits would have expired and you would start the next month with the same 24,000 and $15 more. Add credits for the months you will exceed your plan, then lower the quantity; changes take effect from the next billing cycle ([help centre](https://openart.ai/suite/help-center#subscriptions-billing)).

## Director: budget a project, not a render

Director is OpenArt's chat agent for whole films: you describe an idea in a conversation, plan the shots and refine the video in plain language ([OpenArt](https://openart.ai/v1-sunset-faq)). The compare table estimates "\~2 minutes" of Director video a month on Starter, "\~6" on Plus, "\~12" on Pro and "\~50" on Wonder, which implies about 2,000 credits per minute of video for planning purposes, and calls it an "Estimated total video duration based on your monthly credits" ([pricing page](https://openart.ai/pricing)). The video counts on the cards exclude Director.

Users describe costs that are harder to predict, because each new attempt at a shot is charged again. One spent about 4,634 credits on two attempts at a single eight-second 720p clip, each quoted at roughly 1,600 credits, more than the two quotes add up to ([r/generativeAI, September 2026](https://www.reddit.com/r/generativeAI/comments/1w7ldid/openart_director_quoted_1600_credits_per_render/)). In a September thread, a buyer who took Pro for Director cancelled the same day, while a self-described OpenArt tastemaker replied that they make "at least a dozen ads that are 1-4 minutes long on the pro plan", and another saved credits by building "image references, scripts and storyboard outside of Director" ([r/generativeAI](https://www.reddit.com/r/generativeAI/comments/1wknrn3/openartai_isnt_worth_the_money/)). On Trustpilot, which showed 3.6 out of 5 from 1,590 reviews on 20 October, unfinished projects and paid iterations recur alongside reports of billing problems fixed quickly ([Trustpilot](https://www.trustpilot.com/review/openart.ai); for example [this October review](https://www.trustpilot.com/reviews/6ad301fd623c436ab7927048)). OpenArt's public pages do not say whether a Director quote covers the next step or the whole project. If Director is why you are buying, start monthly and watch the ledger through one real project before paying for a year.

## The free plan and the trial

A new account gets "40 one-time trial credits for 7 days", and a tooltip on the free column offers 50 more, once, for joining OpenArt's Discord ([pricing page](https://openart.ai/pricing)). No card is needed to sign up: OpenArt's model pages say new accounts get 40 free credits, "no credit card required" ([FLUX 3 Image page](https://openart.ai/ai-model/flux-3-image/)). At the rates above, 40 credits is eight low-quality GPT Image 2 images, two Nano Banana 2 images or one Nano Banana Pro image. Free accounts get the image tools but not video, audio, characters or One-Click Story, so there is no way to test the video workflow without paying; a month of Starter at $14 is the cheapest test.

* **Free output can be watermarked and is non-commercial.** The [Terms](https://openart.ai/suite/terms) say free-plan output "may include a visible OpenArt watermark" that you may not remove (section 4.5) and limit free output to non-commercial use (section 4.1). The [help centre](https://openart.ai/suite/help-center#video-generation) says free users cannot remove the watermark on video.
* **Free creations are deleted after seven days.** If you have never subscribed, private creations you have not published are deleted after 7 days ([help centre](https://openart.ai/suite/help-center#privacy-data-copyright); [Terms](https://openart.ai/suite/terms), section 5.5). Download what you want to keep.
* **They are private by default.** "All images generated are private by default, regardless of subscription status", and visible to others only if you publish them ([help centre](https://openart.ai/suite/help-center#privacy-data-copyright)).

The pricing page and help centre list no student discount and no free trial of a paid plan.

## Commercial use, privacy and your files

* **Commercial use:** Plus, Pro, Wonder and Business. Not Free or Starter.
* **Watermark-free exports:** every paid plan, including Starter.
* **Training:** OpenArt says it does not train its models on your uploads or creations, on any plan.
* **Files kept:** 7 days if you have never subscribed; while you are subscribed; 14 days after a subscription ends. Business retention is not stated separately.

Sources: the compare table and Business tab on the [pricing page](https://openart.ai/pricing); the [Terms](https://openart.ai/suite/terms), sections 4.1, 4.5 and 5.5; the help centre's [privacy and copyright answers](https://openart.ai/suite/help-center#privacy-data-copyright). Retention applies to private creations you have not published. All read 20 October 2026.

The Terms draw the commercial line where the cards do: "For all subscription levels, you may freely use Output you generate for non-commercial purposes", and for "subscription levels at, and above, the 'Plus' level ... you may also freely use Output you generate for commercial purposes" (section 4.1). OpenArt "makes no claims of ownership or copyright of AI-generated Output", and your rights depend on staying within the Terms. Starter is the odd plan: it removes the watermark but does not license commercial use, so client work, ads or products for sale made on Starter fall outside the Terms. The Terms do not say whether commercial rights to outputs made on Plus survive a later downgrade or cancellation, or whether upgrading licenses work made earlier on Starter; ask support before relying on either. OpenArt's older [general FAQ](https://openart.ai/general_faq), on the version of the site that retires in November, still says "You can use any image you created for commercial purposes"; the Terms are the current rule.

On training, OpenArt says, "We do not use any images you upload or content you create to train our models" ([help centre](https://openart.ai/suite/help-center#privacy-data-copyright)). The Terms give OpenArt a licence to run the service and moderate content, and let it share prompts, reference images and outputs with its model providers to do so, without your name or email (sections 5.3 and 5.4). After a subscription ends, the help centre gives you "14 days to download your assets before they are deleted"; the Terms add that "All deletions are final and irreversible" (section 5.5).

## Annual or monthly, cancelling and refunds

Features are identical on both billing periods. At the displayed prices annual saves about $12 a year on Starter, $84 on Plus, $144 on Pro and $780 on Wonder, paid up front. The allowance still refills monthly, so annual buys a lower price, not a bigger bank of credits.

* **Cancel at least five days before renewal.** Both the [pricing FAQ](https://openart.ai/pricing) and the help centre say so. The Terms add that you "MUST CANCEL BEFORE THE END OF YOUR CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD" to avoid a renewal charge, and that renewal is "at our then-current rate" (section 3.5). Cancel from Profile, Subscriptions, then confirm the plan shows as cancelled: a Trustpilot reviewer in October was charged again after OpenArt found no completed cancellation ([review](https://www.trustpilot.com/reviews/6ad64878d89dd1f7f79a3c17)).
* **Cancelling an annual plan ends it at the end of the year.** "If you're on the annual plan and cancel, your subscription will end after the current year" ([pricing FAQ](https://openart.ai/pricing)). You keep the plan and its monthly credits until then.
* **Refunds are the exception.** "All purchases are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law", and "No prorated refunds are provided for the current billing period" ([Terms](https://openart.ai/suite/terms), section 3.6). The help centre says OpenArt is "generally unable to issue refunds for completed generations or active subscription periods".
* **One stated exception: an accidental annual purchase.** The help centre says support will move you to monthly and "issue a partial refund for the unused portion of your yearly subscription", less "a minimum processing fee (10%)" ([help centre](https://openart.ai/suite/help-center#subscriptions-billing)). Email <support@openart.ai>. The Terms do not mention it, so ask promptly.
* **Upgrades are immediate, downgrades wait.** An upgrade gives you the new plan's full credits at once and bills "the pro-rated difference"; a downgrade or cancellation takes effect at the next billing cycle, and unused monthly credits do not carry over ([pricing FAQ](https://openart.ai/pricing)).

Payment is by card, Amazon Pay, Link or Cash App; "PayPal is not available at this time" ([payment answers](https://openart.ai/suite/help-center#subscriptions-billing)). The Terms say prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes; the help centre says a few other currencies are offered at checkout.

## Unlimited generation and the MCP discount

Unlimited on OpenArt is a promotion on named models, not a standing feature. The help centre says it "is available for Pro and Wonder plan users, and applies only to select models", with "the specific models and promotion periods ... listed on the pricing page" ([unlimited generation](https://openart.ai/suite/help-center#credit-usage)). On 20 October the only offer advertised to new buyers was "Create UNLIMITED videos with Flux 3 720p Until October 31 on Wonder Plan", covering five-second text-to-video and image-to-video clips; existing accounts can see their own offers. Heavy users can be moved to a slower queue, automated activity can pause it, and it "does not apply to generations made through MCP or the CLI" ([pricing FAQ](https://openart.ai/pricing)).

The OpenArt MCP server and CLI let Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other AI agents generate on your account at the same credit rates as the website, on every paid plan ([OpenArt MCP](https://openart.ai/mcp)). A limited-time, one-time offer gives Plus, Pro and Wonder 10% off MCP generations for seven days from a qualifying authorization, in personal workspaces only ([pricing FAQ](https://openart.ai/pricing)). It excludes website and CLI generations, cannot be combined with another campaign discount and requires you to stay on an eligible plan. If you connected before the offer or on Free or Starter and later upgraded, reconnect to activate it; reconnecting after activation does not restart or extend the seven days ([pricing FAQ](https://openart.ai/pricing)). There is no public API: "No public API is available currently" ([help centre](https://openart.ai/suite/help-center#general-support-community)).

## Business and Enterprise

Business is priced by the size of a shared monthly credit pool, not by seat: "pay for what you create, never per seat", for up to 50 users, with Admin, Editor and Viewer roles, credit limits, project permissions, IP safety checks on references and "Full commercial license terms" ([pricing page](https://openart.ai/pricing), Business tab).

| Credits a month | Monthly | Annual, per month |
| --------------- | ------- | ----------------- |
| 50,000 | $227 | $166 |
| 150,000 | $680 | $496 |
| 500,000 | $2,265 | $1,653 |
| 1,500,000 | $6,795 | $4,960 |

Source: the Business tab of the [pricing page](https://openart.ai/pricing), 20 October 2026. The slider has nine steps from 50,000 to 1,500,000 credits and prices them all at about $4.53 per 1,000 credits monthly and $3.31 annually.

![OpenArt's Business plans tab with monthly billing: a slider set to 50k credits a month, up to about 1,250 Nano Banana Pro images or 125 Seedance 2.0 videos, priced at $227 a month, beside an Enterprise card with Contact Sales. The Business list ticks shared credits, up to 50 users, roles, credit limits, project permissions, IP safety checks, maximum simultaneous generations and full commercial license terms, and greys out unlimited users, evergreen credits, SSO, model restrictions, IP indemnification, custom terms and premium support.](https://cdn.moda.app/voyager/blog/openart-pricing/fig-business-961aebe32b8aafeb.webp)

The Business tab on 20 October 2026. The greyed items, including credits that do not expire monthly, are Enterprise only.

That is more per credit than any individual plan or the add-on. The premium buys one pool with roles and spending controls. Two people who just need credits pay less with two Pro seats ($112 a month for 48,000 credits) than with Business at 50,000 ($227), but they cannot share assets or a balance. The page greys out "Evergreen credits that don't expire monthly" on Business, so plan on its pool resetting monthly. Credits that never expire, SSO, IP indemnification and custom terms are Enterprise, priced through sales. The help centre still describes a "Team Plan" with centralized billing and shared assets; the pricing page no longer shows one.

## What changed in 2026

* **Annual discounts shrank.** On 1 June 2026 annual billing was "50% OFF": $7 a month for the 4,000-credit plan, $14.50 for 12,000, $28 for 24,000 and $120 for Wonder ([archived pricing page, 1 June](https://web.archive.org/web/20260601204823/https://openart.ai/pricing)). By 3 July the discounts were 10% to 27% ([archived, 3 July](https://web.archive.org/web/20260703110309/https://openart.ai/pricing)). Against today's $13, $27, $44 and $175, annual billing costs 46% to 86% more per month than in spring. The Terms renew subscriptions "at our then-current rate" with notice of price changes (sections 3.5 and 3.7), and OpenArt has not said whether spring annual prices carry over, so check the renewal price in your account before the date.
* **New names, and Plus went up.** Between 10 July and 4 August, Essential, Advanced and Infinite became Starter, Plus and Pro, and the 12,000-credit plan rose from $29 to $34 a month ([archived, 10 July](https://web.archive.org/web/20260710071658/https://openart.ai/suite/pricing); [4 August](https://web.archive.org/web/20260804175227/https://openart.ai/pricing)). Monthly credits are the same 4,000, 12,000 and 24,000 as in January 2025 ([archived, 24 January 2025](https://web.archive.org/web/20250124123618/https://openart.ai/pricing)), with Wonder documented at 106,000 in November 2025 ([archived, 26 November 2025](https://web.archive.org/web/20251126123346/https://openart.ai/pricing)).
* **The previous version of OpenArt retires on 16 November 2026.** The newer workspace has been available since February, and OpenArt says "Your plan, billing, and credit balance stay the same" through the switch. Stories made in the previous version and custom models (trained LoRAs) "can't be transferred into the latest version"; both can be downloaded free until 31 December 2026, custom models as .safetensors files ([transition FAQ](https://openart.ai/v1-sunset-faq)). The cards still advertise "\~13 personalized models" on Starter, and the help centre says model training "is currently only available in the previous version of OpenArt and will be migrated to OpenArt Suite shortly" ([help centre](https://openart.ai/suite/help-center#characters-consistency)). If custom models are why you would subscribe, confirm they exist in the new workspace first.

## Frequently asked questions

**Is OpenArt free?** You can sign up without a card and get 40 one-time trial credits that last seven days, a handful of images at OpenArt's rates. Free accounts cannot make video, output is for non-commercial use, and private creations are deleted after seven days if you never subscribe ([pricing page](https://openart.ai/pricing), [help centre](https://openart.ai/suite/help-center#privacy-data-copyright)).

**How much does OpenArt cost per month?** As of 20 October 2026, Starter costs $14, Plus $34, Pro $56 and Wonder $240 a month in US dollars before tax ([openart.ai/pricing](https://openart.ai/pricing)). Annual billing lowers the displayed monthly prices to $13, $27, $44 and $175, respectively, with payment for the year up front ([pricing page](https://openart.ai/pricing), [help centre](https://openart.ai/suite/help-center#subscriptions-billing)).

**How many images do 4,000 OpenArt credits make?** At OpenArt's rates: 800 low-quality GPT Image 2 images, 200 Nano Banana 2 images at 1K, 100 Nano Banana Pro images at 1K or 2K, or 50 at 4K. The card's "\~4,000" assumes OpenArt's 1-credit SDXL-era models ([help centre](https://openart.ai/suite/help-center#credit-usage), [pricing code](https://openart.ai/suite/_next/static/chunks/e1f525fa28411a20.js)).

**How many credits does an OpenArt video cost?** Examples from OpenArt's public pricing code are 80 credits for four seconds of Veo 3.1 Lite at 720p, 175 for five seconds of Kling 3.0 at 720p with audio, 400 for five seconds of Seedance 2.0 at 720p and 1,080 for eight seconds of Veo 3.1 with sound ([pricing code](https://openart.ai/suite/_next/static/chunks/e1f525fa28411a20.js)). The model, duration, resolution and audio settings affect the charge, so check the exact cost in the generation form before confirming ([help centre](https://openart.ai/suite/help-center#credit-usage)).

**Do OpenArt credits roll over?** Monthly plan credits do not; they reset on your billing date each month, on annual plans too. Add-on credits roll over, but they are spent before your monthly credits ([help centre](https://openart.ai/suite/help-center#credit-usage)).

**Can I use OpenArt images commercially?** Plus, Pro, Wonder and Business allow commercial use of your output, subject to OpenArt's Terms. Free and Starter allow only non-commercial use, so paying for Starter does not license client work or products for sale ([Terms](https://openart.ai/suite/terms), section 4.1).

**Can I get a refund from OpenArt?** Purchases are generally non-refundable except where the law requires a refund ([Terms](https://openart.ai/suite/terms), section 3.6). The help centre's one stated exception is an accidental annual purchase, converted to monthly with a partial refund less a processing fee of at least 10% ([help centre](https://openart.ai/suite/help-center#subscriptions-billing)).

**How do I cancel OpenArt?** Profile, Subscriptions, Cancel Plan, at least five days before your renewal date, then check the plan shows as cancelled. You keep the plan until the paid period ends; on an annual plan that is the end of the year ([pricing FAQ](https://openart.ai/pricing)).

**Does OpenArt have an API?** OpenArt does not currently offer a public API ([help centre](https://openart.ai/suite/help-center#general-support-community)). Its MCP server and CLI let AI agents generate on your account using your plan's credits ([OpenArt MCP](https://openart.ai/mcp)).
