LTX 2.5 Pro
LTX 2.5 is Lightricks' open-weight model that makes video and its sound in one pass. Lightricks publishes the weights under the LTX-2.x Community License, free for commercial use by organizations under $10 million in annual revenue. On fal it is served in two tiers: Pro, which fal describes as a quality-optimized mode for final output, and Fast, a speed-optimized mode for iteration. The Pro endpoints take 6, 8 or 10 seconds (or let the model choose), at 720p or 1080p, 24, 25 or 50 frames a second, with optional end frame and preset camera moves such as dolly in or jib up.

Anvisha's take
LTX 2.5 Pro gives the most convincing person of today's batch and the least convincing objects. The speaking woman is a handheld selfie in a real-looking kitchen, mouth clearly forming words and ending on a crinkly smile; the drone push over the terracotta roofs into the harbour, sun flaring, could pass for stock footage; and the pour keeps a steady stream from a chrome kettle into a paper filter over a carafe while the other hand steadies it. Everything else drifts. The title came back as 'MODA SUMEBNS' over 'Fridiy 12 June', the turntable dripper turned into a cup with a spout on one side and a handle on the other, and the spill became a hand dumping a glass, ending with one ice cube where we asked for three. The woodblock storm is crumpled blue paper, not a print. Its turntable track is close to silent: the loudest moment peaks at minus 78 dB. At $0.12 a second at 720p it costs more than LTX 2.3 Pro did at 1080p, so I would pay for it for people, not products or type. These are frame-based observations; audio was not scored by ear.
LTX 2.5 Pro real output: the same 9 clips every model gets
Every video model on this site gets the same 9 clips, so you can compare like with like. These are the clips LTX 2.5 Pro returned, one try each, nothing re-rolled or retouched. Each tile shows one frame of the clip until you press play. Generated on . The 9 clips took 47 to 143 seconds each and cost $6.48 in total.

What we noticed running LTX 2.5 Pro
- •The title reads 'MODA SUMEBNS' and the date 'Fridiy 12 June', held that way from the first sampled frame to the last. See the animated title card clip.
- •A handheld selfie with the mouth clearly forming words in two sampled frames and a wide smile at the end: the liveliest delivery in this batch. See the person speaking clip.
- •The dripper turns into a cup with a spout and a handle on an hourglass foot, and the clip's sound is close to silent, peaking at minus 78 dB. See the product turntable clip.
- •A hand dumps a glass into a splash, more water pours from above the frame, and one ice cube is left standing; nothing tips over. See the physics clip.
- •Chrome gooseneck kettle, paper filter, glass carafe and a steadying hand, all intact through a continuous pour. See the hands at work clip.
